Problem Solving Team Handbook

The Saint Paul Public Schools is committed to providing a premier education for all students in the district.  In the April 2007 Strategic Plan, the district recognized that ensuring high academic achievement  was a high priority to be supported through the continued implementation of professional learning communities.  In order to facilitate the success of teach student, the District has begun to implement a problem solving model to address learning and/or behavioral challenges for individual students.
