| Text Banks |  | There are many "text banks" within the Campus system that provide guidance and help when creating complex documents. It is important to EDIT the text from any of the banks, so that the information accurately reflects the individual student.
Complex forms contain numerous optional template banks and text banks. The Evaluation Report’s Assessment Editor demonstrates how text banks function throughout the SchoolExtra Campus tool set.
To use the Template Bank, the team member first clicks on the hyperlink button (looks like a small file folder) associated with the section to be completed. In this example, the Academic hyperlink has been clicked and the AcademicTemplate Bank appears with two choices. To view the content of a bank selection, use the mouse to hover on the selection. Click on the bank selection associated with the standard text to be inserted.

Using Text Banks (Templates)
Text Banks are identified by a small file folder icon in the section header of complex forms. These banks function as templates for common language that must be edited to the individual student before it will save.
