Special Education Advisory Council
Welcome to Saint Paul Public Schools’ (SPPS) Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC) website.  The council is pleased you are taking the time to look at this site and find out more about the work we do. In this website you’ll read about our mission, history, activities and events and have access to parent resources. Should you wish to join us for a meeting and try out SPPS’ SEAC, just click on the “SEAC Contacts” link. If you are ready to become a member, you’ll see a link for that on this website as well.

If you can’t join the council at this time, but would like to be on the mailing list, please contact Amy Riley at 651-767-8330, amy.riley@spps.org or by writing to her at Special Education Services, 360 Colborne Street, Saint Paul, MN 55102. We value any time and input you have to offer.

We welcome additional members including students, parents, SPPS school staff, and community members. Please encourage anyone you think would be interested in becoming a member to apply.

Thank you for thinking of us. We appreciate your interest in and dedication to ensuring a quality and welcoming educational experience for all in the Saint Paul Public Schools.

On behalf of the SPPS SEAC, we look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,

Erin Zolotukhin-Ridgway and Andrea Watrud
