Creating New Documents
All electronic documents related to a student’s individual educational planning are represented under the Documents tab. You return to this tab at any time to create additional forms.

There are two types of new forms in SchoolExtra Campus: simple forms like Notice of a Team Meeting (MN), are formatable pdf forms, and complex forms appear with a list of specific windows pertaining to each section of the document

The Notice of Evaluation/Reevaluation, Evaluation Summary Report, Progress Report. and Individual Education Plan (IEP) are the four available complex forms. Use the Create New Form drop-down menu to select either type of form.  When chosen, they do not appear as a form, but as a series of windows, each with specific information to be entered.  Upon completion (or at any time), the Print button will display the entire form with all components you have entered.  At this time, the form is made into a pdf document for printing or viewing purposes.  At any time, you can return to a specific window to edit the form.

Upon completion, the document should be locked by returning to the top screen and clicking "plan completed".  Once this option is saved, only a Campus administrator can unlock the document for editing.  This assures the the integrety of the document is not altered from the time the parent receives the form.
