Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

St. Paul teachers can assist parents in attaining an Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Referral to district contracted services for an evaluation. A parent and school packet is available from Marilyn Mueller at 767-8325.

The materials are comprehensive and a limited number of evaluations are under contract for each school year. It is important for those requesting a referral to fully complete all forms, and be committed to following through on appointments.
