Reevaluations of Nonpublic Students

TO:            All staff who work with students from nonpublic schools

When doing reevaluations of nonpublic students, please use the online referral process to document the reevaluation.  Even though we cannot use the email function and will need to gather information from nonpublic teachers separately, it is the only way that we have to monitor the numbers of reevaluations we are completing for these students. 

Note:  We do not use the online process for initial referrals from nonpublic schools.  Principals have been given an electronic form to fill out and email or fax to Carol Dady at St. Andrews.  She will route it to the appropriate school psychologist, who will share the information with the child study team serving the nonpublic school.
